EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We hope you love your Auroma products, however, we understand that sometimes a fragrance just isn’t for you. Although we do not accept returns, we are more than happy to exchange an unused product for a different fragrance.

Exchanges must be sent back to Auroma Candle within 30 days of receiving your order. Please return your candle to the address on your packing slip and let us know your desired candle fragrance. We’ll ship your chosen product back to you for free!

* Made-to-order items, such as custom labeled products, are not eligible for exchanges as these were custom made per the order request.  

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

​If we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and will take care of that for you. Please email auromacandleco@outlook.com with your order number and kindly provide details and photographs of the damaged so that we can replace it for you!
